Holiday Spa is a beautiful manufactured home community located at the foot of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. It is a true desert paradise. Try the whirl pool or dip in our heated pool even during the winter months. Holiday Spa offers everything from golf, poker, pinochle clubs to bocce ball billiards and shuffle board. There are line dance classes and Saturday night dances where you can enjoy what you learned in class. You'll eat well at the pot luck dinners and have fun at bingo.
We are located less than 30 minutes from the airport and downtown. The Cave Creek area is a beautiful place to reside.
